Beautiful hot springs experience.
This hotel completely disregarded guest safety. I was forced to walk a perilously slippery 500 meters to the reception during the rain with no buggy service available. Even after raising this concern, the frontline staff seemed utterly indifferent. Breakfast was a nightmare, with unacceptably long waits for basic items like omelettes.

i recently stayed overnight in la fortuna and this place completely exceeded my expectations. the spacious room had a stunning view of the arenal volcano and was steps away from the peaceful hot tubs. the staff was super friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable.
